2004

We began our activities in 2004 by importing and selling wireless and security equipment.

2007

In 2007, we installed monitoring cameras in public roads and a surveillance center in the cities of Itatiba and Valinhos, both in the State of São Paulo, which represented our first access to the network electronic surveillance market and the “design” market of digital cities in Brazil. We also introduced internet communication, or VoIP, services and products to these markets and started assembling products in Brazil. We also started selling surveillance cameras via IP protocol, or “network cameras,”.

2011

In 2011, our founder visited more than 100 cities in Brazil, traveling more than 50,000 kilometers for eight months to meet customers, better understand their needs and to set up new distribution channels to increase the capillarity in our sales. Our distribution network currently covers the entire territory of Brazil, in addition to other Latin American countries, such as Colombia, and the United States. We believe that, as a result of the market intelligence gained from our founder’s efforts in 2011, we were able to anticipate certain trends, such as the offering of FTTH and GPON technology in Brazil, which was the most advanced technology at the time and still remains as the leading technology worldwide.

2012

The year of 2012 marked the expansion of the industrialization and distribution of our products, as a result of the opening of our distribution center in the city of Ilhéus, in the State of Bahia, with more than 7,000 square meters and a storage and handling capacity of more than two million pieces on an annual basis.

2013

In 2013, we identified an increased demand for broadband in Brazil but limited resources of our customers to invest in this technology. In response, we formed MaxBR, a subsidiary which was merged into us years later, responsible for renting broadband equipment to customers. We gradually started expanding this model by offering service level management, replacements, periodic equipment checking and technical support, which ultimately led to the adoption of the our current TaaS model. Our TaaS model is no longer exclusively focused on the ISP market and has entered our corporate segment.

2017

In 2017, we received a minority investment from the private equity fund 2B Capital, which further improved our governance and increased our investment capability.

2018

The Private Equity investment in the previous year allowed us to fund the expansion of our operations through the acquisitions of Axyon Distribuidora, which further contributed to the expansion of our portfolio in cybersecurity solutions, building automation, IoT, and home automation.

2019

In 2019, the company acquired Munddo Distribuidora and launched Casa Conectada, which is responsible for offering home automation through IoT. Our Casa Conectada concept was designed to permit our future expansion through a franchise network model.] Home automation enables homes to be transformed into smart environments activated via smartphones and voice assistants. In that same year, we began our international expansion and started operating a distribution center in Panama and a commercial office in Colombia

2020

In 2020, we built a photovoltaic power generator plant in the city of Extrema, in the State of Minas Gerais, to meet the existing demand for clean energy in Brazil, including in connection with electric vehicles and the renew ISP’s energy systems in their point of presence, or POP. This factory imports components and assembles power generation kits for commercial purposes, such as power plants and households. We believe that our operations in this market may benefit from cross-selling opportunities with our customers.

2021

2021 was marked by the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of the Company, in July, with the registration of a publicly-held company in category A, obtained from the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM, with shares admitted to trading in the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 S.A., a significant movement for business expansion and development.
